If you sense that something beneath the suraface is asking for attention, you're in the right place. Maybe there are old patterns you can name but haven't been able to shift. Maybe your relationships keep repeating in familiar ways. Or maybe it's a quieter feeling that something remains unresolved. Many of the people I work with come to me during trauma recovery, using EMDR to process what the body hasn't let go of. Others are drawn to longer-term depth work, exploring the unconcious and relational patterns that shape their lives. Some stay for a season; others return over the years as new layers resurface. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, combining EMDR with a depth-oriented, relational approach. My work is person-centered and informed by relational-cultural theory and a mindful, contemplative presense. In practice, that means I listen closely, pay attention to how past relationships shape the present, and move at a pace that feels steady rather than rushed. Togthether, we process what's stuck, understand reoccuring patterns, and reconnect with a fuller, more grounded sense of self. Therapy can be a place to slow down, be truly seen, and make sense of what's been quietly asking for attention. I will support both your pain and your depth, whenever you're ready. -------------------------------------------------------- Pear earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a CACREP accredited program in 2023, and received her license as a professional counselor (LPC) at the start of 2024.
