I am often told that I have a calming presence. When I’m sitting across from someone, I am in awe of their complexity, strength, ability to be vulnerable, and the simple power of feeling totally present with each other. To me, this is the art of therapy. I see people who are struggling with trauma symptoms (dissociation, flashbacks, insomnia), anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or who just feel bad and can’t figure out why. Whether these are due to terrible events that have shaped you, neurodivergence, power structures, or experiences in relationships that feel hard to let go of, my hope is that we can find you some relief. I primarily use EMDR, body-based and mindfulness practices, and parts work. I also take into consideration the ways that systems of power affect your daily life. I am passionate about offering quick and effective tools for healing trauma, developing coping skills for the hard times, and uncovering meaning and joy. If you think we might be a good fit, reach out and we can chat!
