I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and child welfare system. My clinical work is grounded in a deep respect for each person's unique story and capacity for growth. I specialize in supporting adults navigate life transitions such as college and early adulthood, empty nesting, caregiving/aging parents, parenting, and grief/loss. I also work extensively with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relationship concerns, offering individual therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's needs. My approach integrates multiple evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic practices (including yoga). I am also a Level I iRest teacher and incorporate guided meditation and nervous-system regulation when appropriate. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. I accept insurance through Simple Practice and Headway.
