Introduction

Here you are doing it…you’re getting ready to start counseling and now you want to make sure you get this part right…picking a therapist that is right for you. You’re getting ready to make changes in your life and share personal stuff so having the right person helping you is super important. I don’t know if I’m the right person for you, but I can guarantee you a soft landing and confidentiality. Let’s talk and see if we’re a good fit. If you think this might work for you click on “request appointment”. If not quite sure you can just try a free 15min consultation. I want to make this easy on you. You already have enough tough stuff happening. Thanks and I look forward to talking. A little about me I’m a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a second Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling. I continue to value lifelong learning. In addition to my education the state of Delaware recognizes me as a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. The National Board of Certified Counselors has credentialed me as a Nationally Certified Counselor. During my career, I accrued nearly 20 years of experience in counseling and therapy. When it comes to providing treatment I use a mix of skills and techniques in the service of your needs. Treatment is tailored to you because we are all unique. No cookie cutter treatment here. You will receive top-quality treatment designed for you, your needs and consistent with your personality. My clients would describe me as compassionate, caring, insightful, consistent, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of how to adapt counseling and therapy techniques for individual needs of clients.
