I am an Associate Social Worker supporting individuals navigating chronic illness, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and the emotional complexities of parenting and caregiving. My work is informed by an understanding of how life transitions, stress, and health challenges can impact both emotional wellbeing and the nervous system. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I integrate evidence-based practices with a mind–body perspective, helping clients better understand their emotional patterns while also developing practical tools for regulation, resilience, and self-compassion. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs, creating space for both insight and meaningful change. I strive to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t have to minimize your experience or hold it all together. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, supported in your relationships, and steadier as you move through life’s challenges. I believe that mental health is deeply shaped by our relationships, our environments, and the systems we live within. Healing does not happen in isolation, and many of the challenges people bring to therapy including chronic stress, burnout, grief, and anxiety are influenced by broader social, medical, and cultural factors. In addition to my clinical work, I engage in advocacy efforts focused on improving access to health care, supporting individuals and families impacted by chronic illness, and promoting social and emotional well-being across communities. This work informs my commitment to equity and compassionate care and reinforces my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
