Introduction

Our Story Divorce, screaming children, emptiness, shame, rejection: they’ve all been part of our story. We lived disconnected from ourselves and our people, and when we finally found real connection, it was like someone turned on the lights in a dark room. We want to help you feel safe and connected to yourself and the people you love, so you don’t have to live in the dark anymore. Hi, I’m Phil! I’m a licensed therapist (LPC, LMHC) in Texas and Florida, and I love relationships! I’ve lived life with and without connection, and life is so much better when we feel seen and safe. I help couples rebuild trust and create a secure bond using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), plus practical skills in communication, emotional regulation, and intimacy. Hi, I’m Casey! Motherhood can be beautiful and so hard. Maybe you’re anxious in pregnancy, don’t recognize yourself in the newborn days, are grieving a feeding journey that didn’t go as planned, or are facing old hurts from your own childhood. I’m a licensed therapist (LPC, LMHC, PMH-C) and a mama too. I’ll give you a safe, judgment-free place to land as we heal what hurts, help you feel like you again, and build a secure connection with your little one. You don’t have to do this alone.
