Introduction

Hello! I'm excited to welcome you to my therapeutic space where we can work together to help you accomplish your goals and be the best human you can be! What I enjoy the most in this work is getting to truly and fully understand you and walk beside you as you navigate tough parts of life. My goal is to offer a space where you can grow, heal, and obtain stability with whatever struggle you cannot seem to shake. It's not my job to tell you how to live your life, but I do help you understand why things are happening as they are and then find answers together to make solutions that align with your values and visions you have. I typically work with individuals 18 years old and older as well as those in higher education/college populations. I excel at helping people navigate crippling anxiety, struggling with grief and losses, processing difficult and sudden emotions, as well as managing trauma. The fact you are looking at this page shows you have strength and courage to make life better for yourself. You are only needing the extra 'oomph" to get the change you desire. That is where I come in. I am hear to listen and learn about you, explore what makes you tick, then create skills and strategies together to move you toward the version of yourself you want to be. It brings me immense joy to see my fellow humans thrive and overcome their struggles that once held them back! The most important part of my work is meeting my clients where they are and see them for who they are. I aim to be a trusting, reliable, and empathetic person first so you can build up your confidence and courage to work through scary things with someone you can lean on when you need it. Feel free to reach out to me directly via a message on my page or email me at philipg1517@outlook.com to either ask questions or set up your first appointment. I look forward to helping you thrive and see you become the best version of yourself.
