Hey, my name is Phil! I believe we all deserve a space where we can genuinely be ourselves, feel heard and understood, and be met with warmth, empathy, and curiosity. Life can be complicated. Maybe you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. Perhaps you're exploring your identity, struggling with self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure everything out alone. I also have a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating bariatric surgery, weight changes, emotional eating, and body image concerns. As a bariatric patient myself, I understand that these experiences involve much more than physical changes. They can affect our confidence, relationships, identity, and how we see ourselves. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in genuine connection. I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to help individuals better understand themselves, explore patterns, and move toward meaningful change. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcome adults from all backgrounds. Together, we can work toward developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself. You're not failing, you're learning. I'd love to connect with you!
