I work primarily with men and fathers who are capable, driven, and successful in many areas of life—but feel stuck, disconnected, or on edge at home. Many of the men I work with are carrying a lot internally and were never taught how to regulate stress, express emotion, or stay connected without shutting down or blowing up. My style is straightforward, collaborative, and practical. I don’t pathologize men or ask them to become someone they’re not. Instead, we focus on building real skills—emotional regulation, communication, and relational leadership—so you can show up with more calm, confidence, and connection in your relationships. Therapy with me is active, respectful, and focused on helping you lead your life and family in a way that actually feels right to you.
