Introduction

I am a mental health counselor with a limited permit in New York. I use a holistic approach to cater treatment to the individual, but with a stable grounding in REBT and DBT. I believe everyone is doing their best to manage the stress of life, and that they are always capable of more. With a lot of empathy and a bit of humor, I always try to make therapy a more comfortable and accessible experience for everyone I work with. I work with a diverse range of clients from teens to older adults and have strong experience with treating OCD, depression, trauma-related disorders, and neurodivergence like ADHD.
