I use practical tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you manage emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation – supportive, honest, and centered on your goals. I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a BA in Psychology (2014) and an MSW (2021) from Catholic University in DC. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions at $150 each, with a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
