As a clinician, I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and empowered to rewrite our story. My approach integrates psychodynamic insight and cognitive-behavioral techniques, helping clients recognize how past experiences shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships — while building the tools to create new, intentional patterns. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a particular focus on Black men’s mental health and those balancing personal growth with professional or academic demands. Our sessions are a space for honest reflection, practical skill-building, and developing awareness that supports both healing and forward movement. I meet clients where they are and walk with them toward where they want to be — integrating evidence-based strategies, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
