Introduction

With over 5 years of experience, I have worked with individuals experiencing a diverse range of challenges, supporting them in creating a healthy life. I graduated with my Masters in Social work and have since specialized in addictions and trauma. I've had previous roles supporting individuals experiencing significant mental health issues, as well as individuals seeking alcohol & drug treatment as an alternative to incarceration. In my work with clients, I enjoy utilizing creative approaches to healing (ie. art, movement, and yoga) with traditional best practices. I provide individual and group therapy for individuals (age 15+) who are curious about their relationship with substances or ready to stop use. I am here to support you in figuring out the path that is right for you!
