Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I began my clinical career with IICAPS, an intensive in-home program supporting youth experiencing psychiatric crises and their families. I later transitioned to outpatient care, where I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges. My work with anxiety and OCD often centers on persistent worry, intrusive or obsessive thoughts, rumination, overthinking, and the experience of feeling chronically anxious or unable to quiet your mind. In trauma work, I help clients understand how past experiences may continue to shape their emotions, relationships, sense of safety, and responses in the present. Together, we build awareness, process difficult experiences at a manageable pace, and work toward shifting patterns that may have once been protective but are no longer serving you. I also work with a wide range of relationship concerns, including communication, intimacy, trust, attachment, boundaries, codependency, conflict, and significant life or relationship transitions. My practice is affirming of diverse relationship structures and expressions of intimacy, including ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and polyamory. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore your needs, deepen connection, strengthen boundaries, and build relationships that align with your values. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring our work to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a space that feels genuine and supportive while also offering thoughtful challenge when needed. I value authenticity, curiosity, humor, and human connection as we explore what may be keeping you stuck, strengthen the connection between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and bodily experiences, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
