I spent thirty years as a professional dancer—training at the Paris Opera Ballet, performing as a Principal Dancer with San Francisco Ballet—before discovering my calling as a therapist. That journey taught me about discipline, resilience, and the profound impact of having someone believe in you. Now, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring that same commitment to supporting others through life's difficult transitions. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan—young adults, adults, and elders—helping them navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach weaves together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic work, and trauma-focused, attachment-based techniques. What matters most to me is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself, explore what you're facing, and discover new perspectives and tools. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
