I am a licensed therapist and practice owner who works primarily with women navigating anxiety, trauma, and the impact of cultural and life stressors. I was drawn to this work through my experiences supporting individuals who felt overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, and I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My approach is person-centered and tailored to each individual, incorporating evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I aim to help clients build insight, develop practical coping tools, and reconnect with their strengths so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
