I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about meeting people—especially young people—exactly where they are. With a background in schools and experience supporting individuals with disabilities, I understand how anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences like ADD/ADHD and autism can affect learning, relationships, and how you see yourself. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused work, and play therapy, always grounded in a person-centered, strength-based perspective. Whether you're navigating school challenges, building self-esteem, or processing difficult experiences, my goal is to help you recognize your own resilience and move forward at your own pace. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Blue Shield, Medicaid, and TriWest insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
