Introduction

Prairieville Counseling was founded in 2013 by Tiffany Thibodeaux with a deep commitment to supporting the communities of Livingston and Ascension Parish. With strong roots in the area, Tiffany set out to create a practice that offered accessible and high quality mental health care close to home. Over the years, Prairieville Counseling has grown into a team of dedicated and skilled therapists who share the same mission and who were each personally mentored and handpicked by Tiffany. Having grown up in Baton Rouge and lived in both Ascension and Livingston Parish, Tiffany brings a strong personal connection to the people the practice serves. Today, Prairieville Counseling has two locations and offers therapists who work with children, teens, couples, families, and individuals, using a wide range of approaches. Each therapists incorporates their own style including the use of CBT, DBT, play therapy, brainspotting, EMDR, and mindfulness.
