Introduction

Life transitions—whether it’s a career shift, a relationship change, or a move—can often feel like losing your footing. When you add the weight of constant anxiety, it’s easy to feel stuck in a loop of 'what ifs.' I help individuals regain their balance and quiet the noise. My approach blends the practical, evidence-based tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the grounding presence of Mindfulness. Together, we will work to identify the thought patterns that are holding you back while building the skills you need to stay centered, even when life feels unpredictable. You don't have to navigate these changes alone. Let’s work together to turn this transition into an opportunity for growth and clarity. I am currently a Licensed Associate Clinical Social worker working toward independent licensure. I am supervised by JenniferGiven-Helms. Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If you have any questions about this process or my supervision, I am happy to discuss them during our initial consultation.
