I pray that I can provide a space that feels supportive, peaceful, empowering, and truth-centered as we navigate life's heaviest spaces together. In my experience as a 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 (𝐋𝐏𝐂) since 2021 in the upstate of South Carolina, I've be honored to work with clients who have wrestled with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other mental health hardships. I tend to adopt a holistic approach to treatment within counseling to meet needs beyond just the psychological. As a believer in Christ, I welcome faith integration into the therapy experience for clients who desire that. I have a particular heart for women facing reproductive mental health challenges, and I have specialized training as a 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 in areas such as miscarriage, stillbirth, loss, prenatal & postpartum emotional health, fertility issues, birth trauma, and hormonal issues. Beyond working with clients, I'm a wife, mama to a little boy on earth as well as two babies in heaven, charcuterie table styling business owner, and golden-doodle parent! In my spare time, I also write children's books as well (check out my "Little Hearts, Big Feelings" book series on Amazon). Life can feel so heavy. We have the choice whether or not to bear our burdens alone, or share them and walk alongside others.
