Introduction

I am a ๐‹๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ (๐‹๐๐‚) in the upstate of South Carolina and have been providing mental health care since 2021. I have a masterโ€™s degree in clinical mental health from Liberty University, and I opened up my very own private practice in 2024 to serve clients who deal with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and other mental health-related needs. I am also in the process of getting certified as a ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐Œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐’๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ (counseling for prenatal/postpartum emotional health, miscarriage/stillbirth, and fertility issues). My clients consist of adolescents and adults who meet with me on a regular basis to seek empowerment and navigate recovery. In my spare time, I write children's books as well (check out my "Little Hearts, Big Feelings" book series on Amazon). Beyond working with clients, I'm also a wife, mama to a little boy as well as two babies in heaven, and golden-doodle parent. Through my own lens of faith in Jesus Christ, I believe that love, hope, grace, and healing should be extended to everyone.
