Introduction

I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, or the lingering effects of trauma—even when life looks “fine” on the outside. I also support clients experiencing chronic pain or physical symptoms that persist despite normal medical testing. Many come to therapy when anxiety, life changes, or past experiences begin to feel harder to manage, despite their usual coping strategies. Others notice patterns in relationships, emotions, or self-expectations that feel difficult to shift. Together, we work to understand these patterns at both the emotional and nervous system levels. I specialize in trauma-focused, nervous system-informed therapy using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mind-body approaches. Therapy may include processing past experiences, working with emotional patterns, and building tools for regulation. My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on deeper change—not just symptom management. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been managing things on your own for a long time. Many clients come in not because they are in crisis, but because they’re ready for something to feel different. If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out when you’re ready.
