Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Fairbanks, Alaska, and Chattanooga, Tennessee, holding a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. My path to this work has been shaped by a rich and varied professional background — including a decade of honorable service in the U.S. Army, during which I deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Throughout my career, I have provided mental health counseling across diverse and high-need settings, including correctional facilities, forensic inpatient programs, and the military. These experiences have given me a deep, grounded understanding of resilience, trauma, and the courage it takes to ask for help. Beyond my professional life, I am a proud wife of nearly 24 years and the devoted mother of three wonderful children. My personal experiences with family, commitment, and growth inform the compassionate, whole-person approach I bring to every client relationship. I am honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey — and I look forward to helping you build the solid foundation you deserve.
