I like to take a more direct approach to therapy with a collaborative and client-centered mindset, viewing our work together as an active partnership built on trust, reflection, and mutual understanding. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), valuing its structured, evidence-based approach to identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and building emotional resilience. In addition, I also integrate developmental and relational perspectives, which allows us to explore how early experiences and relationships may be influencing current emotional and behavioral patterns. Overall, I work with clients navigating identity, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and emotional distress. Although my clinical style is warm and culturally responsive, it is also very honest and goal-oriented. Moving at the client's pace, I aim to create a nonjudgmental space where they feel safe, heard, and supported, while still taking meaningful and realistic steps toward change. Viewing each therapeutic journey as unique, I am committed to working with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
