Mindfulness is integrated into my clinical practice to help you connect with your body, cope with your intrusive thoughts, improve your concentration, and enjoy the present moments. I work well with clients with reflective capacities. I facilitate explorative and reflective conversations to help you find your own solutions to your challenges.
