Introduction

Greetings! I am Quin Gatlin an LCSW; in addition to a therapist, coach, author, and speaker dedicated to helping people move forward with clarity, compassion, and a sense of wellness. My practice is a judgment-free space where you’re encouraged to show up exactly as you are. Through a strength-based lens, I integrate mindfulness, art therapy, and creative tools to support emotional healing and personal growth. Every approach I use is rooted in intention, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and major life transitions. If you struggle with time management, motivation, or building sustainable routines, I offer practical and personalized strategies to help you create realistic, simplified systems. Together, we’ll tailor our work to fit your unique needs, strengths, and personality so that the process feels natural, empowering, and sustainable. As a qualified clinical supervisor, I also provide supervision for associate clinicians working toward BBS licensure hours. My goal is to offer a supportive space that encourages professional growth, clinical confidence, and the development of your authentic therapeutic style. I earned my master’s degree from the USC School of Social Work, where I specialized in Military Children and Families. Over the past decade, I’ve had the honor of supporting diverse communities through seasons of high stress and transition. In addition to my clinical work, I’m also a public speaker and have shared on topics such as mental health, resilience, and healing at galas, fundraisers, and retreats. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m also the author of Beautiful Chaos: A Free Verse Reflection, a creative blend of art, poetry, journaling, and self-help that debuted at #1. This book is close to my heart as it’s designed to inspire reflection, healing, and self-expression. You can find it here: https://payhip.com/TheReadingTea. When you work with me, my goal is to help you build a life that feels both authentic and manageable. Together, we’ll break big goals into smaller, achievable steps, and develop the emotional and executive functioning skills that make everyday challenges feel more approachable. If you’re looking for a guide who blends structure with creativity, clinical expertise with lived experience, and humor with heart—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
