Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, managing anxiety or depression, healing from painful experiences, or working through relationship or family challenges, therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support your unique needs and goals. Grounded in systemic and attachment-based perspectives, I help clients explore how their relationships and life experiences shape their challenges, strengths, and patterns. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from children and teenagers to adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and family conflict. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward the changes that matter most to you. I am currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
