Introduction

You're looking for something more than someone who just nods, smiles, and asks, "And how did that make you feel?" You want to make real, lasting change in your life. I work with solution-oriented adults like you who feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed to get clear on your goals and lay out a path forward to help make those changes happen. I specialize in anxiety, therapy for men and AMAB folks, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender identity and sexuality, and the mental health challenges that come with moving toward the person you want to be and the life you want. Offering telehealth counseling for all of Arkansas and in-person sessions on Thursdays for folks in Northwest Arkansas. I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy sessions available by request at Kessler Mountain Regional Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Lower rates may be available through Open Path Collective for those who qualify.
