Introduction

I'm so glad you're here! Hi, I'm Quinnise Pettway, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree from Howard University and a bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in a variety of settings including hospitals, colleges, outpatient clinics, and private practices. I specialize in working with women at all stages of life who seek a safe and nurturing environment to unpack struggles, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth. ____________________________________________________________________ Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, or trauma that impacts your work, relationships, or everyday life? Do you often feel frustrated, lonely, or overwhelmed, carrying the weight of others' burdens without receiving support in your toughest moments? Is your peace disrupted? If you long to feel seen, heard, and validated, or hope for a life that feels better, you’re not alone. More and more women today are experiencing feelings of anxiety, discouragement, and isolation as they juggle careers, family, relationships, and countless other responsibilities. Despite these challenges, I firmly believe that hope and peace are possible. ____________________________________________________________________ At Serene Path Counseling & Wellness, I offer group (in-person) and individual (virtual) therapy services tailored to women at all stages of life. My approach begins with getting to know you, understanding your reasons for seeking therapy, and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. From there, we explore the underlying causes of your emotions and struggles, and set specific goals to guide our work together. I provide a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space where you can transition from feeling stuck and discouraged to empowered and supported. My goal is to help you experience the serenity and healing you deserve. ___________________________________________________________________ With over 18 years of experience, helping women rediscover hope and peace is my passion. I understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes, you just need the right support to break free from harmful thinking patterns, set healthy boundaries, or process life’s stressors. Whether you're feeling stuck, trapped by past experiences, or struggling with emotional burdens, I'm here to walk alongside you through it all (along with your fellow group members). If you’re looking to include Christian faith in your service, I'm happy to incorporate that as well. ____________________________________________________________________ Together, we’ll work on practical coping strategies, where you can release what no longer serves you, overcome negative thought patterns, and gain the tools to build healthier boundaries and emotional healing so you can transition from feeling overwhelmed to empowered and serene. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or life transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you and share the load (along with you peers in the group therapy experience) and help you get unstuck in areas where you feel trapped. ____________________________________________________________________ Group therapy is my jam and it will likely be yours too! Why Join The In-Person Women’s Group Therapy Experience? 🌷Connect with Women Who Truly Understand People need people! Step into a space where you're surrounded by other women who have walked similar paths. There's deep comfort and healing in knowing that you're not alone. 🌷Discover You’re Not Alone So many of us carry struggles in silence. Group therapy reminds you that your feelings are valid and shared by others. Together, we break isolation and build connection. 🌷Gain Strength from Shared Stories Hearing the personal journeys of other women can be profoundly empowering. Their resilience becomes your inspiration, and their insights may shine a light on your own healing. 🌷Share Your Story, Free Your Voice Telling your story can be a powerful step toward healing. As you share, you not only lighten your own burden, you also offer hope and strength to others walking beside you. 🌷A Safe, Intimate Circle With a small, supportive group of no more than 7 participants, you'll experience personal attention, meaningful connection, and a sense of safety that encourages honest sharing. 🌷Built-in Accountability, Encouragement, and Growth The group becomes your support system by gently holding you accountable, celebrating your progress, and encouraging you to keep moving forward. *If you're feeling hesitant about attending group therapy because you’re thinking, “I don’t want to share my business with strangers,” I completely understand, and I still encourage you to come. So many women have felt the exact same way, but after giving group a chance, they discovered a supportive, empowering community that transformed their lives. In fact, many found group so impactful that they couldn’t imagine doing therapy any other way. Give yourself the chance to experience the kind of connection and growth that lasts a lifetime. ____________________________________________________________________ Schedule your free 15-minute consultation today, and let’s travel this path together toward a more serene, fulfilling life!
