Introduction

Whether you are currently dealing with something hard or you are processing something that has happened to you; I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I am committed to providing a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. I utilize a trauma informed approaches including but not limited to EMDR and believe in the possibilities and power of change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Addictions Specialist (LAC) with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with people with diverse backgrounds and with many different issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+, HIV, relationship struggles, life transitions, or just feeling plain stuck in life. I have been fortunate to have gained much of my experience in the following settings: The Children's Hospital, The Colorado Health Network, and The Rape, Assistance and Awareness Program (RAAP). I believe that the "answers" are often within us and when you allow yourself to be open to exploring your inner world; the path of healing and inner peace starts to become apparent.
