Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Codependency

Introduction

Hello, my name is Rachael, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker. I work with powerful people who feel like they are “people pleasers”. Most of my clients are kind and want healthy relationships, but struggle to know how to respond to difficult people or situations in life. I help them see the situation clearly, set appropriate boundaries, and develop self care skills to bring peace back to their life. I have training in DBT and CBT modalities. We will discuss and set boundaries, learn and apply effective communication skills, and make goals for self care that will get you back to feeling like a well-cared for version of yourself. Feel free to reach out for a free, 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit! I believe we all can overcome our challenges if we keep connecting with others and listen to our own intuition. We are powerful people, each one of us, deep inside.
