Introduction

I started my private practice in 2023. I have been working within the mental health realm since 2010. I have worked with a variety of individuals and found that I work well with individuals who experience Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Complex Trauma, Relationships issues, and Men's Issues. I work with individuals and couples starting at the age of 16 years old and older. My practice is driven by my desire to help others who are going through difficult challenges in their lives. When I was in those times myself, my counselor helped me to find a new way to cope and function. I want to help others do this as well. I challenge my clients to try new things versus staying in a space that isn't working for them. I pride myself on my ability to connect with my clients to help them feel comfortable opening up about their lives.
