Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, family stress, or past experiences are making life feel really hard. I offer a warm, grounded space where children, parents, and adults can feel understood and supported in meeting goals for their life and relationships. My work is attachment-focused and rooted in the belief that healing and growth happens through safe, trusting relationships. I support children struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-image; parents wanting to strengthen connection and understanding of their child; and adults navigating trauma, family dynamics, anxiety, and depression. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, and trained in EMDR. I enjoy incorporating a variety of interventions and tools to personalize therapy to your needs, including play therapy, sand tray work, filial therapies, EMDR, and IFS-informed approaches. I understand how difficult it can be to juggle all that life throws our way. Healing and growth take time, and I’d love the opportunity to learn more about you and support you in working towards your goals. I feel honored to do this meaningful work, and I would love to meet you.
