I combine modern therapies and science — including ACT, EMDR, and positive psychology — with age-old wisdom from philosophy, such as Stoicism, and spiritual traditions. Together, we’ll work to soften self-criticism, shift unhelpful patterns, and support meaningful, lasting change that helps you live a more aligned and fulfilling life.
