Introduction

I am a Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping adults and adolescents navigate life's challenges with resilience, confidence, and hope. My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with recognizing one's inherent strengths, embracing personal growth, and developing the mindset and tools necessary to move beyond merely surviving. My greatest passion is empowering women, teens, and strong-willed individuals to establish their voice, discover their potential, and create lives that reflect their values and aspirations. Whether clients are healing from traumatic experiences, navigating major life transitions, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, I strive to provide a supportive, collaborative space where they feel seen, encouraged, and challenged to work toward becoming the best version of themselves. I believe that healing is not only about overcoming hardship but also about building a life of purpose, confidence, and authenticity. My approach is warm, authentic, and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine compassion. I believe that every person possesses the capacity for healing, resilience, and positive change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they cultivate self-awareness, embrace personal growth, and move from surviving to thriving!
