I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you're already weighed down by life's burdens. Whether your child is struggling with focus, emotional regulation, or big life transitions, or you as an adult are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I offer a collaborative and non-judgmental environment to work through these difficulties. I believe in partnering with my clients to identify strengths, build coping skills, and heal from past wounds that may be getting in the way of living fully and authentically. My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and client-centered. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based interventions. I tailor treatment to the individual and family needs, helping each client move at their own pace toward growth and healing.
