I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I offer individual therapy to support individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, get to the root cause of their symtoms, while healing trauma with EMDR. I work with my clients in a collaborative manner, with the goal of uncovering their strengths and fostering a sense of hope.
