Introduction

I work with women who are looking for support in their personal and/or professional lives. Whether you are amid a transition — starting college, beginning or ending a relationship, changing jobs, or becoming a mom — or you are feeling stuck or struggling with dating, marriage, motherhood, or family dynamics, this space is for you. I strive to create a space that meets your unique needs using curiosity, empathy, and humor. I practice therapy as a collaborative conversation guided by how you show up to each session. Therapy looks different for every client. I practice trauma-informed care and believe that you are the expert in your own wellbeing. My approach to therapy addresses the need for both long-term change and short-term relief from suffering. We might explore how your past experiences inform your present self and investigate the ways that your relationships, both past and present, have shaped you. Current and past clients express that they value my authenticity as a person and provider, that I create a non-judgmental, accepting, and empathetic space where they feel truly seen and cared for, and that our work together is valuable and healing. I accept most major insurances in MA. Please reach out via email for an initial consultation.
