Introduction

My background and continued certification is in trauma-focused, attachment, and somatic therapies. I first received my degree from NYU and have chosen to continue my education with certification programs such as EMDRIA and The Embodied lab. My work is centered around helping others mend the relationships they have with themselves and the outside world so that they may lead fuller lives. I believe that healing and change are synonymous and constant. They are created from the interactions between a person and their social worlds. We are complex beings that deserve to find a healing practice that honors our entire selves, both seen and unseen. Treatment is tailored to each client's needs. My background and specialization allow me to have a well-rounded understanding of the nuances that can show up in any therapeutic setting, as well as identify my own professional limitations. My hope is to help client find what works for them and improve access to resources to support their healing journies.
