I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the moments where people feel stuck—when life looks “fine” on the outside, but internally everything feels heavy, anxious, numb, or out of control. I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, emotionally stuck, or caught in patterns that keep repeating—often tied to anxiety, depression, mood symptoms, and major life transitions. In our work together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful, real-life change: building tools to manage intense thoughts and emotions, breaking out of spirals, strengthening communication and boundaries, and taking realistic steps toward a life that feels steadier, lighter, and more aligned with who you want to be.
