As a therapist and coach, I offer a safe, supportive space for my clients to focus on their goals, grow awareness, and make decisions about the way they choose to approach and live their lives. People often reach out when they are in the midst of transition or relationship issues, and/or experiencing emotions that feel overwhelming like anxiety or depression. I partner with my clients to provide empathetic, active listening as well as focus on skill development. Through our work together, clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, where they came from, and the impact the past has on who they are in the present moment. I have over 8 years of experience providing short and long term psychotherapy to adolescents, young professional and adults dealing with issues such as relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting and family issues, and unexpected injury and medical conditions. I also have experience coaching people through transitions such as break-ups, divorce and new relationships/dating. Whatever you are feeling right now, you are not alone.
