Rachel is currently is in her final semester completing her Master degree work in Christian, Marriage, Family and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Rachel draws from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while working with the client collaboratively to provide care tailored to their specific needs. Rachel desires to provide hope and healing to individuals, married couples, and families looking for clinically sound and biblically based mental health services. Rachel's areas of interest include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, family conflict, and peer relationships. When Rachel is not counseling, you can find her hanging out with family and friends, playing pickleball, or in a coffee shop.
