My background includes work in a variety of settings, including the foster care system, child welfare, and group practices. These experiences have deeply shaped my approach and continue to inspire my passion for supporting others. Clinically, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family relationships, boundary setting, life transitions, and various other mental health challenges. You don’t have to walk through life alone. It takes courage to reach out, and I look forward to hearing from you and working together!
