Introduction

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my bachelor's in Social Services and master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. I provide professional therapy for individuals, couples and families from a biblical worldview. I have experience working with a wide variety of challenges. Including trauma, psychological, emotional and relational difficulties. I provide faith-based, collaborative care based on your goals. I incorporate a wide variety of traditional therapeutic modalities along with scripture and prayer, if desired; Jesus heals - therapy can help. I will come alongside and work collaboratively with you on individualized and self-created goals. I will listen and provide support and guidance on your journey. I offer honesty, humor, and acceptance in a private environment. I enjoy teaching clients new skills, encouraging existing strengths and helping to facilitate inner healing. I have a deep desire to help those who are hurting. Whether you are struggling with trauma, family issues, view of your self, God or others, parenting, relationship or personal challenges, there is hope. Wading through these difficulties can feel overwhelming. Thankfully healing and support are available and you do not have to go through your journey alone.
