Hi, I’m Rachel! I got started in counseling because I’ve always had a heart for helping people feel less alone in the hard stuff. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, big life changes, and those moments when you just feel stuck and unsure of your next step. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR but more than anything, I believe in creating a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.
