I work with adults who are trying to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, self-worth concerns, women’s issues, difficult family dynamics, or the lasting impact of childhood trauma. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I tend to look at therapy as a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others. I often incorporate insight-oriented work, practical coping skills, and tools for emotional regulation, depending on what feels most helpful for each client. I believe people heal best when they feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully themselves.
