Introduction

Therapy can be a space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, trauma, a life transition, or simply looking for something to change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a warm, person-centered approach where you can explore what’s happening without judgment. Together, we can understand patterns, build self-awareness, and develop meaningful ways forward. My training in Art Therapy and Mindfulness Practices allows me to incorporate creative and mind-body approaches when helpful. I support clients working through trauma and life experiences that may continue to affect their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. As a trauma-informed therapist, I help clients explore how past experiences can shape the present while developing greater clarity, compassion, and choice. Therapy can be a place to understand what has shaped you while also creating space for something different. I am an out-of-network provider and am not on any insurance panels. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. Sliding-scale appointments may be available based on need and availability. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance for us to connect, answer any questions you may have, and see whether we might be a good fit. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients throughout California.
