Rachel is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Mercer University School of Medicine, where she is completing her Master’s degree in Family Therapy as she works toward licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is currently completing her clinical internship at Indigo Health & Wellness in Kennesaw, GA. Rachel’s clinical interests include reproductive health, sexual health, relationship wellness, infertility, and reproductive trauma. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating the emotional impact of experiences that are often deeply personal and difficult to talk about. Her approach centers on creating a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free space where clients can openly process grief, anger, fear, uncertainty, and other complex emotions without feeling the need to minimize or censor their experiences. Rachel believes that healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. She works collaboratively with clients to process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, reconnect with themselves and one another, and develop a renewed sense of hope and wholeness. She is committed to providing a space where clients do not have to carry the emotional weight of life-altering experiences alone.
