Introduction

I work with teens and adults and I specialize in Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, and Childhood Trauma. I also love to work with people who are having relationship difficulties or simply seeking purpose, direction, or identity in their lives. I am also a Clinical Supervisor to some fabulous, driven, and passionate Associate Therapists, and an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University’s Graduate Psychology Program.
