Introduction

Hi, I’m Rachel (she/her). I believe therapy is a collaborative space built on trust, compassion, and curiosity. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build meaningful insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence and self-compassion. I support individuals navigating OCD, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and more. I’m committed to creating an affirming space for people of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. My approach is person-centered and tailored to you. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support your unique goals. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’m here to help.
