Often people begin therapy when, despite achieving success in many areas of their life, they continue to grapple with some unnameable discomforts. Perhaps you've been struggling in your romantic relationships or the relationship with your family, or finding it difficult to feel connected to yourself and those around you. Perhaps you're navigating a major life change, feeling overwhelmed, or feeling sad and stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Together we'll explore why. The people I work with are thoughtful, curious, high-achieving individuals, and many are first-generation Americans or people from mixed cultural backgrounds. In our work together, we will reflect on elements of your early relationships and experiences and the ways in which they continue to shape your current life. As we begin to recognize your emotional patterns and understand what keeps them in place, you'll develop a sense of freedom and confidence to make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want. Through an insight-oriented framework and a warm, collaborative approach, I aim to create a space where you feel understood and able to explore difficult experiences at your own pace. By establishing a deeper understanding of yourself, there grows an opportunity for real change, allowing for more fulfilling relationships and ease in your decision making.
